December 2024 – The Indian Section 99s Conference Itinerary

December 1st to 9th, New Delhi, INDIA*
99s India Section is pleased to invite you to an exciting event this December (1st to 9th December 2024).
REGISTRATIONS TO BEGIN MID APRIL
Be inspired by the classic sights of the Taj Mahal, the beautiful pink city of Jaipur and Historical Delhi. You will get to experience India from its rural areas to its cultural hubs as well as enjoy world class hospitality of staying at the iconic Taj Mahal Hotel.
- 1st ,2nd, 3rd December - 3 nights in New Delhi, one night Agra
- 4th December - Taj Mahal & Fatehpur Sikri & Bharatpur
- 5th December - Keoladeo Bird Sanctuary
- 6th to 7th December - Jaipur - Amber Palace, Diggi Palace, Abhaneri Step Wells, Hawa Mahal
- 8th December - Delhi, at Hotel Andaz near Airport.
Our Conclave Day (in New Delhi on the 2nd or 3rd December) will comprise of workshops, seminars and aviation talks by internationally renowned speakers, followed by a gala dinner.
There will be great sightseeing, delectable cuisines, exploring a nature reserve, historical monuments as well as unlimited shopping bargains!! Not to forget, musical shows and a Farewell night, too.
Arrival and Departure city: New Delhi, (DEL) India.
Plan to arrive on the 1st of December, or 30th November if your flight arrives in the evening. The departure flight should be on the 9th of December. (For early arrival on 30th, we can suggest an extra night at a conveniently located hotel near the Airport).
Our Travel Partners are a friendly bunch of professional individuals who will look after all our travel within India, Hotel stays and sightseeing. Arrangements will be made to pick you up and drop you to the Airport if your arrival dates are on the 30th Nov/ 1st December and departure on 9th December. Arrival prior to 1st December and departure post 9th December will incur an additional cost.
